The production process of the spiral steel pipe is to extrude it under the normal temperature environment, use the strip steel coil as the raw material, and use the automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process to weld and process the spiral seam steel pipe.

1 The raw materials of the spiral steel pipe are welding wire, strip coil and flux. Before being put into use, it must undergo a comprehensive and strict physical and chemical inspection.

2. Use double-wire or single-wire submerged arc welding, the head and tail of the strip are butted, and the automatic submerged arc welding is used for repair welding after rolling into a steel pipe.

3 Before the spiral steel pipe is formed, the strip steel is subjected to edge trimming, leveling, edge planing, pre-bending treatment and surface cleaning and transportation.

4 In order to ensure the smooth conveying of the strip, an electric contact pressure gauge is used to control the pressure of the cylinders on both sides of the conveyor.

5. The spiral steel pipe is formed by internal or external control roll forming.
