Spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe produced by using strip steel coil as raw material, extruded under normal temperature conditions, and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. Spiral steel pipes are mainly used in petrochemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation, chemical industry, urban construction, and water supply projects.
The spiral steel pipe feeds the strip into the welded pipe unit, and the strip is gradually rolled up and rolled by multiple rollers to form a circular tube blank with an opening gap. , so that the weld gap is controlled between one and three millimeters.
Spiral steel pipe can be used for liquid transportation: drainage, water supply, oil transportation.
Spiral steel pipe can be used for gas transportation: steam, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, natural gas.
Spiral steel pipes can be used for structures: bridges, docks, piling pipes, building structures, road pipes, etc.
